tropical storm andrea made landfall in florida last night and worked its way up the coast to us overnight. rain all day - it's panda friday though, so i spent most of it museum hopping with a coworker.

panda friday - basically, we have every other friday off and work 35 hour weeks. the fridays off are called "panda fridays" - panda being the mascot of wwf and all.

2 out of the 14 museums complete today: natural history and air & space. as has been said by many, it's an overwhelming amount of information. but fun to see some of these things. american history is what i'm looking forward to most though - should be good.
