A mystery

A tight close-up of something tiny.  Do you know what it is?  It was a pretty decent day at dialysis today, discomfort sitting but the needles were handled by experienced techs both putting them in and taking them out, which made it a more pleasant experience.

These days all I seem to be able to think about is my health issues and staying alive.  It leaves me with very little energy for Blip.  So I've neglected keeping up with all of you and I only hope that you will still be there when I turn the corner and start having a life again.  I miss being involved in your lives and am waiting for the day when I have what it takes to really engage again.
