New book

Cider with Rosie is poet Laurie Lee’s account of his boyhood in rural Gloucestershire just after World War 1. His family lived in the village of Slad, near Stroud.
 
I chose it because in a couple of months we will be staying in this part of Gloucestershire, just a few miles from Slad.
