Road to nowhere
Eventually put the suitcases away this morning. We have lots of different soft bags that fit into a smaller suitcase that then goes into the big suitcase. A bit like Russian dolls. These sit in the wardrobe in bedroom 2 along with two cabin bags. I've also put two sunchairs, the parasol and the outside cushions in there as well. There's still room for clothes if anyone comes to stay.
A quick trot around the garden before lunch and I saw this ladybird scurrying up and down the fennel with no particular place to go.
It's now blowing a gale and raining heavily.
Son rang to say he'd spent the night at A&E with Luke, who was suffering with chest pains. Home now and nothing untoward found, but of course he's missed a day at school.
Just heard that our great niece got five 8 and six 9's in her GCSE, which seems pretty good.
