A wait in the park
Lovely lion decorated fountain is in the park of Finlayson palace. The Finlayson Palace in Tampere, Finland, was designed by architect Lambert Pettersson and completed in 1899.
The palace was built on the site of the former crown distillery, which had served as the home of James Finlayson, the previous owner of the Finlayson factory, among others. Since then, the palace served as the official residence of Finlayson's CEO from the 1910s until the end of the 1970s. After that, it was used as a factory showroom. Nowadays, the house is used as a restaurant and for parties.
I found a nive bench to sit down and enjoy the afternoon, as hubby went to visit a doctor nearby.
Warm weather, lovely +20c
Backblipped
