Goodbye dinner

Had a lovely dinner tonight with my wonderful neighbours- Becky and Craig. I am so very sad they are moving away:( They really are great people. But, good news is, they are only heading to Grimsby! So our commitment was to make sure we did this again. Mr. Charles Hunter helped me with "fool proof" recipes and the pork tenderloin and potatoes were a huge hit!! On my 'go-to' list from now on! I do love outdoor eating- thank goodness spring/summer is pretty much here....almost?!
