Fitness

Still no rain to speak of here. It seems to miss us each time. At least they had a full day of cricket. I drove over to Hat Pev to see Jo after her op with some flowers and lemon drizzle cake. Saw this other passion flower in Old Moulsham. Different variety but still so exquisitely formed. Jo looked well and she'll be back at work Thursday. We had a lovely chat, and talked over my work position. 
Then onto my gentle pilates class. I'd forgotten my mat so the teacher happily lent me hers and we used two small water bottles as weights, a rubber band and a small softly blown up ball. She recorded us so we can practice at home. Took FK to Cadets again as non commissioned officer training.  He's so dedicated.
