A stitch - in time
Rain rain and more (torrential) rain, and wind. Despite that went out twice.
Once quickly before the heat allocator fitters returned to finish setting up. The boilers are turned on in 10 days time, and they will be down again to do a final check the allocators are recording correctly.
Then had to wait in for a surveyor who came to check and measure up our front doors (to meet government regulations post the dreadful Grenfell fire). All the block's front doors, and the adjacent refuse cupboard doors too, will need changing. Won't be cheap.
Wrapped Mr B's posh casual shirt (never worn) which sold on eBay last night. Third time lucky! Then went to Westbourne, in heavy rain, to leave the package at the Evri shop. Mr B remained home to watch the Guangzhou Open (tennis).
