Another very grey and wet day.
We headed out and stopped at a garden centre near Lauceston, then had a walk in Lauceston.
Next was down to Cotehele house - the beautiful medieval house with Tudor additions. It’s full of original furnishings and items original to the house. The gardens are lovely there too.
Then on to nearby Buckland Abbey. We were too late to go into the abbey but the grounds and the great hall are well worth a visit.
Time to drive home, but finally the sun came out so we stopped for a walk at Bude and fish and chips!
