Only Des, Vic and John at the gym this morning.  Des had gone to a circuit class on Tuesday, and had enjoyed it very much, but think I'll  stick to the gym. I picked up a book from the library. and as I arrived at the bus station much too early, I started to read it while I was waiting.  When I got home, I sent Cath ( gym) a text asking if she was still in Crete. She replied  that they are still in hospital on a Covid ward and can't fly home until they are negative. The food is awful, they don't speak English, and they have to buy all their own drinks. What an awful way to end their holiday.
