Decay

Why did I like this piece of rotten wood up in the hills - perhaps it’s because it symbolises life generally! However I’m glad to say that I’m not at this stage yet (bits are however!) and hope to remain whole for quite some time.

There is something fascinating about decay in nature I think and how even decaying it supports other lives.
