Kaidi Akinnibi at Spice Jazz Soho

It was a bit of a mad evening trying to get here tonight. There was a huge thunderstorm and torrential rain. The streets of central London were flooding and the drains backing up.

Not a good night to listen to jazz in a basement you'd think, but everything was OK. More than OK.

Kaidi plays tenor sax, also guitar and sings. Their sound is contemporary with nods to the prog rock their er grandmother listened to. More pictures.
