Men at Work???

Looks to me like 1 out of 7 is working.   Walked along the main thoroughfare in the neighborhood…didn't notice anything exciting but it was a nice day....all the new constructions leave only a small space for a sidewalk….it’s going to be a corridor of tall buildings on both sides from the University District to downtown.  This is 7 stories .
Fortunately we don’t need to walk here much.
