The Embrace

We are presently sitting in Dublin Airport at some unearthly hour awaiting our flight back to Yorkshire after a six hour flight from Boston. 

Tony and I took a last walk around Downtown before catching the water bus across to Logan, always a good way to end a Boston visit affording a great view of the City's skyscrapers.

Our walk took us to Boston Common where we came across this powerful installation entitled 'The Embrace' which commemorates the love between MLK and Coretta Scott King and remembers their leadership in the Civil Rights Movement.

One more plane journey and a taxi and we'll be back in our little house and very welcome it will be too.  Euan managed to stay awake and no bother for the overnight flight, but crashed the minute they reached their gate. Hopefully he will sleep through the flight to Heathrow and taxi home.
