Had a lazy morning and then did an hour or so clearing leaves and weeds from under the hedge in the lovely sunshine before I went into town for the first of the Mixed Media classes for this term. We had a new tutor (Ruth) who began the class by giving us each a button and asking us to describe it and use it to say something about ourselves. Shades of development sessions at work! We then did similar stuff using other media- paper, clay, printing etc. A very different approach from what we are used to - we’ll see how it works out. Very nice woman though.
Went for the usual coffee and chocolate afterwards- difficult to choose! Started to pour with rain just as I got home
