When Mr. W heard that today's challenge is "Tools" he became quite proprietary, and muttered things about my not messing about too much in his workshop.

Pish! I have my own tools, thank you very much! I use these babies every day in my kitchen -- they are my tried and true culinary companions, and we have sauteed, boiled, fried, baked, roasted, poached, and steamed our way through many a menu together.
