Gratitude

I was given this lovely thank you gift from the carers group I’ve been sharing yoga & meditation with at Catherine Street inclusive play park in Dumfries. I had brought them all gifts of spring bulbs to plant in their garden at home.
I made some spicy lentil soup for supper and cut the grass in the front garden .
I’m going to see the cats we are adopting again !
