Over the fence

I did try to balance on the gate to get a better picture, but resigned myself to a view through the fence; it was safer that way.

I went to work as usual, but my 1st appointment didn’t show up and a subsequent meeting was cancelled. There was nothing else in my diary today! My lovely manager told me to go home.

Going home meant that I could pick Noo up from school, and I decided to park there early and walk (still no running!) Noo was surprised and pleased to see me, and reported “a really good day!” He has survived 3 weeks at secondary school.
