We see this family almost every day

The cygnets stay mostly very tight to the parent, which is probably the secret of their success. Today they were very close and camera to hand and the light was nice too.
Tennis in the morning, lovely to see sunshine (and other people too of course), then home for grocery delivery and out for late lunch. We'd hoped ot get the bus but waited - and waited - and eventually scuttled back home and into the car. Shame to see these services so poor, not sure if it's lack of drivers or what - this was once a good bus service, and I think of all the people who actually depend on it. Hey ho. Nice lunch, wonderful afternoon rainbow (also a lot of afternoon rain), now just end of day things..
