Sunbathing

Nice weather again today with some nice Autumn sunshine. We decided to make the most of it and go for a walk along the cycle track to find a blip. Quite a few interesting bits around including this Comma Butterfly enjoying the sun , to get this shot I had to stand in the nettles thankfully I escaped getting stung . I also got a lovely shot of a green veined Butterfly but went with this as my main shot as I liked the way the sun was catching the wings. I have also included an extra of a bettle we spotted moving very fast across the track .

Back home for some lunch and then an afternoon of doing a couple of jobs  the hoovering done and then fitting a new folding door on the bathroom to replace the one that has seen better days which was over 24 years old and was made of PVC .
Time now to settle down for a very important night of super League rugby League as 1 of 3 teams can win the League tonight in the final set of fixtures. The key one is Wigan are away at Leigh and a win will mean we are the League Leaders winners  so a nervous  evening because a loss will mean we will be watching other results
