Friday

Woke really late this morning which was weird. A couple of hours on sofa/watching tv/jigsaw then decided to get dressed and go for a walk. I felt like I needed to be by the sea so I wandered along the bottom road and out on to the breakwater. It was so peaceful, no one around, a little bit windy but not enough for waves. The sea was flat. 
Back home the same route and as I was reading my book the dark clouds produced some heavy rain, glad I missed it. 

I've felt  something different today and realised I have felt  calm and that is weird too. It doesn't feel right, I'm not used to it.
