It’s coming along

Met up with middle son today, at IKEA in Sheffield, which is roughly half way for both of us, he’s doing better, finally……. New job ok, finances getting there, making new friends, girls are happy at school, he met his second eldest after school today for early tea, had some 1on 1 time together, as his eldest has now settled in to Uni, so things are looking brighter all round.

We had a nice wonder around, I priced up some furniture I’ll need for my new house, which as you can see from todays blip is coming along nicely, the kitchen was fitted today apparently :-) I’m actually going back to the NW on Mon/Tues and will be calling to see its progress for the first time in 6 weeks!

Todays blip demonstrates its position in terms of it looking like a detached house, when in fact it is a semi detached as you can see. My front door faces out across from the show homes & sales office, whereas the semi nextdoor is actually around the corner on a different road :-)

I drove from Sheffield to Nottingham to meet up with C who had a late aft/early evening gig, again traffic was bad, I didn’t get there until he was into his second of 4 sets…..he actually did some comedy too , which went down well :-))

Pleased to report the Pilates class was very good, I’ve signed up to 20 classes between now & end Nov….. including some fitness Pilates & body tone sessions, to hopefully improve my level of fitness & help shift a few pounds too!!!
