Taken while spending an annoying hour of my life with "customer service" trying to figure out why my cell phone coverage suddenly dropped off a cliff. Funny how I have this amazing technological device called a "phone" that can do just about anything except make or receive an actual call. The experience felt like dealing with an insurance company that has just denied a claim for something explicitly covered in your policy. The monetization of frustration.
Otherwise a pretty good day.
