Raindrops are Falling

I had a early start as I had to be at Burwood Hospital by 8:30am, as I had my pre-admission for my knee surgery. It all took two hours as I had to see the Nurse first then the Anaesthetist. Everything seemed to go well now it is just waiting for the blood test results. I may be lucky to the operation before Christmas, but it s more likely to be next year.

After the hospital I did some shopping on the way home. That was when the rain started and it got very cold. We didn't get much rain in the afternoon. It got really heavy in the evening. There has been a lot of flooding down south. Heavy snow has been falling at higher levels and closing roads and Alpine passes.
