Mat!

Haven't been down to the pool for ages so i got very excited this morning at the idea of a good swim before getting down to some work.

Unfortunately, i didn't read the sign tapped to the door very carefully......and so after just 2 lengths a woman arrived and asked if i was the life guard!!! long story short, there was a private function and i had to get out, shower and beat it cos 20 or so kids arrived and made one hellova noise!

Plan B - breakfast at the Bean There and then sometime taking photographs! I was at a lovely little spot taking photos of the lupines that are starting to grow.....when along came our dear friend Mat....this is a sort of drive by shot....but i loved the expression on his face !

Now to work! and it's a sunny warm day....Yeah!
