At a distance

I was sitting on the lounge in the back room with the dogs when I had my first sighting of a bird repeatedly jumping in and out of the newly placed birdbath. The dogs were also watching so I didn’t want to move to get closer as the dogs would have come with me and the bird would be gone.

It seems the bird bath is here to stay. Despite the photo not being clear it was an event that brought me joy so it got chosen for today’s post.
