Interloper

The rainy weather continued today and so I was determined to blip something appropriate for the conditions. My original idea was to blip a water droplet and when I started looking closely at a nearby plants, I saw this little guy. I have no idea what kind of bug he is, but he seemed to enjoy relaxing near this water droplet which was bigger than him. He was very cooperative and barely moved during this shot, and I wondered if something was wrong with him. I watched him wonder off as I took additional shots.

In this shot, the camera was tripod mounted. I also used my 100mm macro lens and a 31mm extension tube.
