Still Going Strong

Sunny to start, the clouds rolled in. A tad breezy and cold.

Up to 15 minutes on the floor cycle. 20 will be a good target.

Blip of some different flowers in the wild flower bed. I am surprised they are still going. A short stop n the park, then home.

After tea, a further 10 minutes pedal action.
