Queuing!

At the surgery this morning for flu jabs. This was taken after I’d had mine but when I joined about 15 minutes earlier the queue was longer. Luckily our local farmer A was in front so we were able to have a chat as the queue moved very slowly on.

As it has been a reasonable day I’ve cut the grass, done some cutting down and helped J pick damsons at J & A’s. Then we had a look in his wood store (actually a big open barn!) as J needs some timber to make a cornice for a cupboard and a small strip of oak for a floor repair. He has the right, almost, piece to match pitch pine and will cut/shape to her required dimensions.
