Masterclass

Today was about discovering new places in Paris, starting with "Le Carreau du Temple". The history of the place goes back to the Knights Templar in the 12th century, changed a lot over the centuries and is now a cultural place for a variety of events (link to the full history). 

This weekend it's the "Food Temple Végétal", with different activities and cooking all around the world. We had a stroll and then continued. 

Later on searching a restaurant for lunch. We were very lucky to find a great restaurant and get the last table. The concept of the restaurant is based on "surprise", i.e. you can choose between 3-4 courses at lunchtime, indicate your allergies and let yourself be surprised by the menu. It was excellent and we will certainly visit again in the future.
