CAP

This was the view from our hotel window; Cardiff Arms Park with the Principality Stadium right behind. It would have been lovely to spend some more time in the city as we didn’t get to see much of it. After breakfast, D and I headed over to Poppy’s halls. We spent a little bit of time with her. She hadn’t slept well but seemed ok. We left her at 11 and, after weeks of dreading this moment, it was actually all very calm and practical. No tears at all!
We had a good run back and then picked up the dogs.
D and the band have loaded the van and gone over to Wylde Sky to set up for their gig tonight. I’m at home with Strictly and a meal for one.
