Bbbrrgghhh!!!

Bit chilly on the heath this morning, but beautiful cobwebs glistening in the early sunshine.
I drove up to Ullacombe for breakfast with Jos & Sandy. Very busy so good job I booked in advance. Dogs! What big business.. Snacks for dogs on the menu... Sausages £1 each... Doggy muffins. Not sure what they consist of but topped with min dog Bix, dog chews, doggie chocs.. The world has gone mad!!! Correction. The world has gone canine mad... We had a browse around the Manaton Makers who are participating in the Devon Open Studios.
Back to Mum's, hubby watching sport up the pub so we gave the horseracing a miss and went in search of a comfy fireside chair for Mum & a new car for me. No joy on both counts but we consoled ourselves with a toasted teacake & coffee at Otter garden centre. Coffee shop busy, 2 customers looking at plants..
