Lizzie

So I still run my crochet group and hosted a meetup this morning, but stepped down as the book club organiser early this year. A lot changed when my husband died and sadly some friends just seemed to disappear, whereas my crochet group rallied round and have been wonderful.

After our meetup I went to watch Lizzie, a punk rock musical about an axe murderer! I saw it on opening night and knew in the interval I would return to watch it a second time. It was phenomenal!

Three things I am grateful for:
-Having true friends who stood by me through difficult times
-Having the resources to buy a theatre ticket when I want
-My mum making my tea and bringing me a blanket so I could sit outside to clear my head
