Knackered

We were knackered - expectedly!

We originally were invited for lunch at Heinz and Suzanne but Heinz phoned in the morning to call it off as his brother Ralph - who I knew as well - had died unexpectedly the night before.
What a shock! 
55 years old ...... healthy - such a tragedy!
I feel so sorry for everyone.

Neil and I did not leave the house all day and Christina prepared another delicious meal for us.

And if I remember right, that was the evening when Petra and Michael joined us for a glass of wine at the terrace too.
