Italian deli

I was out during the week at a local pub with my book club having an Italian meal which was surprisingly very good. One of my friends told me about a local Italian delicatessen in a neighbouring area that I don’t really know. What a lovely surprise! I visited today, would never have spotted it, in a street that looks a bit rundown with nothing much on it. Feels authentic with an Italian family running it, a big old fashioned till (cash only), Italian speaking customers, clearly catering to the restaurant trade too. So much to choose from! I got a buratta, some Gorgonzola, prosciutto and artichoke hearts. Will definitely be back.
