578 day of war
Hello, friends!
This week, for the first time in over six months, attacks on our country's energy infrastructure have resumed. We are no longer surprised by this, and there are no doubts that we will once again be living with power outage schedules and associated problems this winter. "Resilience points" are starting to open around the city where people can charge their phones and warm up when needed. These points look more optimistic than radiation protection points :)
The good news is that this year, everyone is prepared for the outages. Most stores have generators, and people are stocked up on candles and power banks, so I believe we will get through this winter, and everything will be fine.
Meanwhile, there is a growing digitization trend in the country, and next month they promise to introduce a military ID on our phones. We've been living with digital passports for a while, which is quite convenient, and now military registration will also be conducted online. It's interesting to see how they will implement this and whether they will send draft notices via phone messages. At the beginning of the war, there were discussions about this, and society did not like the idea, but the government assured that it would never happen. I'm no longer surprised by such innovations; everything is happening logically given the current realities.
I also want to thank everyone for their help. We are very grateful to everyone who supports us during these challenging times. Right now, I'm trying to work more, create new designs for socks and T-shirts to expand our assortment for the New Year holidays. As I've noticed, even when the country is in crisis, people still buy gifts for the holidays, so I'm getting ready for that and hoping to earn some extra income. I'm very glad that I started painting a year ago because it has become not only an interesting hobby but also additional work.
We're trying to stay positive and believe that better times will come. Thank you all!
