We’re certainly not foodies, in fact we can see zero value in paying big $$$ at flash restaurants but tasty, healthy food is still a priority.
Stir fries are high on the list and Megalong home grown Pak Choi is an essential ingredient. In 7-10 days the crop in the thumbnail will be right to go while the lot on the far left is about 3 weeks behind.
It’s no use in a stir fry but in the middle is Rocket (or Roquette to those who prefer the Greek spelling) - it should be set to go in a couple of weeks.
In Sydney for a couple of days yet again with a few more trips coming up.
