Don't tell a soul

There's a wine shop in Riberac that has a terrific selection of vintages at what look to me like bargain prices. 2015 chateau bottled Bergeracs for under ten euros. I bought a selection.

Turning round in the shop I noticed shelves with cans of local meaty produce. So I added a few to my purchase and came away happy. A friend who has been here before says he doesn't think the owner realises what he is selling. But he was happy to hold up a bottle for me.

I bid him farewell and hope to see him next year. This lot should go down well over the winter with a roast Sunday lunch.

But don't tell anyone or the secret will be out and the shop will be plundered.
