Cake!
I made gluten free ginger cake today, using this recipe except I forwent the stem ginger and the glaze.
I can see why they included a glaze; it is very dry. Nice though. I can taste the almond but find that beneath the ginger it is subtler than it was last time, which is good as far as I'm concerned.
