Another day..

…another walk. I do like to walk, but I’m missing my running.

Noo was up far too early for a Sunday, or any other day! He stepped over me carefully but woke me nevertheless.

We went along to rugby. Noo joined in a little, and I was first aid cover. Thank goodness there were no injuries; I am a reluctant first aider…..especially when it comes to rugby.

Noo and I went to the gym for an hour, then I walked home and Noo was driven home. I was attracted to this view near home by the clump of silvery trees in the centre of the photograph.
