Glacé cherries

Overslept and late for a meet up. Showered, out and walked to the park in 20mins! Even stopped for the gorgeous late display of rudbeckia and grasses alongside the new Deb Hart willow installations (no pic!), blue sky and the Viaduct. Long meeting in the warm sun with honest truths on both sides. 
Rushed back to ice the buns, that weigh like cricket balls! Icing too runny so didn't frost over. Walked to my next meeting.  (Flavour was good though! I'll try again maybe next week.)
Conversation flowed easily over various topics, but ended up back to me and my progress. Lots more tears.
Too much for one day.
Watched the end of the last day of the cricket at Chelmsford for the season and it has turned very cold. FK helped make dinner. 
Very tired.
