If you didn’t come to party

We had a lovely dinner out with my cousin from New Jersey.

We last saw him in 2016 - when we stayed at the Wee Blue Hoose. We had a ball with him.

Jimmy worked hard and played hard - he was an absolute joy to be around. Centre of the room every where we went. New York thru and thru but with the Scottish accent appearing everytime he wanted to declare his heritage

This time he was over with his new wife … Susan is just gorgeous! Together they make a delightful couple dedicating their life to seeing the world and having fun

I noticed when we arrived at the restaurant (our taxi driver got lost. Apparently he is afghani) there was no whisky on the table. And I figured … this guy is looking shiny and new! That what seven years away from boozing and fags does for you!

I think he looks even better than he did then!

It was great to see him all over again
