Soulful Sunday (with a swim)

Woke up feeling grateful it was Sunday and I didn't have to spring into action or really go anywhere! Tea, toast, and a decent piece of writing eased me in to the day. 

H and I went to this pretty bay, called Archirondel, as it was too windy to swim locally. It was quite lively here too, and we sat and watched the waves for a while before going in! But the sea is (fairly) warm and invigorating, and we were very glad we'd done it.

This evening I finally caught up with daughter J for a proper chat about her travels and other things.
