Sunday: Hopkins

We were yearning for the coast so we drove down to Hopkins for lunch and a swim.  It’s about an hour and a half down the very beautiful Hummingbird Highway so eminently doable.

Our intended lunch place was closed for the season but we found a good alternative next door.  After lunch, we enjoyed a lovely swim in the ocean.  It’s such an easy thing to do at a weekend.  

We rounded off the day with a lovely catch up with H&J in Vancouver.
