Drive and more drive!

W. took the day off and we drove up to Pittsburgh for a baseball game. What a cool ballpark with the city skyline right there across the river, and all those scenic bridges. Hadn't been to the city for maybe 20 years, and I really don't know it at all. 

We had in mind to explore more, after the game, but....we were already over halfway to Oberlin, so we hopped back in the car and ended up taking Daniel out for dinner. It was great to have that unplanned time together! and a good meal, to boot. He seems to be doing well, this second year of college. 

I'd slept pretty much the whole way to Ohio, bar the baseball, and then drove all the way home while W. slept. Sooo many trucks along the PA Turnpike - it was good I was awake and alert, on my evening shift time!
