Snow and Blossom

We recorded the Wales v Australia rugby game and watched it this afternoon.....as expected Wales bolted home, Australia were woeful...felt so sorry for them at the end of the game, the players were visibly upset and very down.
And why did we not watch it this morning live.....we had a phone call from friend Roland from out at Maungati to say the blossoms were well and truly out, the sun was shining and snow was still on the hills behind.  Come out, I'll see you at 8.30 !!  Sure thing, a quick breakfast and we're off, a 30 minute drive.
These trees have been planted in lines and certainly looked splendid, although had been battered somewhat from the gales of last week, then the rain at the weekend.
Its rather late (for me) loading, just seem to be behind the eight ball this evening.  So have picked this one that shows both the lines and the snow.  I've lots to look at but thats for another day.
