The first week of dances on Strictly tonight. Nigel & Katya were the last to dance tonight and they blew everyone away with their paso doble. 

After Strictly we watched Ireland beat South Africa 13-8 in the rugby world cup. A match up of the reigning champions and the top of the world rankings. Ireland are now the favourites to win it all.
