Another relic

We continue to find all kinds of little oddities as we clear out my parents home. This is the 5th or 6th ladies watch we have come across. The letter is a copy of a letter written in 1957 to I believe my grandmother for their golden wedding anniversary. It was sent by an old friend who had emigrated to Canada and goes on to say how they couldn't consider coming back to the UK.
