I love this time of year when Strictly and Bake Off (due back on 27th) are back on the telly. With everything else going on at the moment it's just great to be able to sit back, switch your brain off for a while and just enjoy such feelgood TV with a glass of wine or two.
Among this year's contestants on Strictly are Angela Rippon, Les Dennis, the actress Amanda Abbingtion, the TV presenter Angela Scanlon, the actor Nigel Harman, Annabel Croft the former professional tennis player and radio and TV commentator and Krishnan Guru-Murthy of Channel 4 news. Sounds like a great line-up! Staaart dancing!
