Bright eyed

You'd have thought, after the epic amount I slept yesterday afternoon and overnight, that I'd have a lower heart rate today. Nothing of the sort, which makes me think I might be fighting off an infection, which explains being slightly out of sorts and very low scores on the peloton. There are a lot of things around, including quite a bit of covid, so as long as it remains 'fighting something off', I'll be happy.

Another busy day at work. A couple of people popped in to see me, and we did a selfie in the quad when it was warm and sunny. Later on, it was neither warm nor sunny, and I felt quite cold cycling home after helping out at ECA with some interviews.

Heading off to read my book very soon.
